Best for Baby- Baby Bjorn!

by   BeastieGirl ,  Jan 4, 2005
Pros: light-weight, comfortable, washable
Cons: expensive
The Bottom Line: When used properly, very safe and comfortable for both baby and parent; excellent for travel!
Review: A few years ago I was told that should I ever have kids, the Baby Bjorn was something I should not do without. It is a fabric "front pack", made for carrying infants weighing only 8 pounds up to 25 pounds in front of you, either forward facing or ...

Best carrier for babies under 22 pnds.

by   zlmajors ,  Jan 19, 2004
Pros: Safe, comfortable, durable, well designed, baby bjorn has 20 years of experience.
Cons: Heavier babies do put strain on the lower back, facing outwards slight fall risk.
The Bottom Line: The absolute best front carrier. Safe and durable plus is ultra comfortable for you and your baby. The wide straps help a lot with comfort.
Review: Sometimes when you are about to become a new parent, you put things on your baby registry that you think are good but turn out to be not so good. Other times you put something that you are not sure about but turn out to be something you use and love. The ...

Baby Bjorn - well worth the money

by   labradford22 ,  May 21, 2004
Pros: Hands-free, easy to use, fits wife and me, baby seems to like it
Cons: A bit awkward at first, takes a little getting used to
The Bottom Line: Recommend highly, due to ease of use, baby and mom/dad comfort, durability, and overall quality of the product.
Review: Being somewhat of a tightwad by nature, and given how much having a newborn costs in the base case, I was hesitant to spend $75 on something of a luxury item for the baby. However, I am happy to say that, in retrospect, I'm glad that I caved in to my ...

The Bottom Line: This is a comfortable carrier that is easy to use and looks very nice.
Review: We've had this carrier since our baby was born. It is wonderful to use for a newborn since it is very comfortable and it keeps him/her right next to you keeping strangers from sticking their fingers in your babies mouth (this actually happened to us...
