Byou

Byou is a work out DVD that is aimed at younger girls. It starts Sabrina Bryant who girls may recognize for the Cheetah Girls movies. This DVD includes three separate work out sections. The first one is called Pure Fun. This section is meant to teach you the basic dance moves that will be used through out the different sections. In this section they first show you the moves slowly, to make sure that you can follow along and then the move on to full tempo. If you are still struggling with this section they also have an extra on the DVD, where they break down the moves and show them to you step by step.

The second section is called Dance Party. This section uses the same dance moves as the previous section but the go through them at a quicker pace. You shouldn’t try to do this section until you’ve mastered the first one. In this section they run through the entire dance moves that you learned in the first one without taking a break. They also don’t give you many explanations about the dance moves, because they’ve already shown them to you in the previous section.

The last section is called Full Blast. In this section they give more intricate choreography right from the beginning. This is the most difficult section on the DVD. They do take their time showing you the moves, but they show you a lot more moves to remember in a shorter amount of time. This section is more difficult to conquer but its a lot of fun.
