The *ultimate* stroller!

We were looking for an 'all-purpose' stroller for our son -- something for the store as well as walking/light jogging on true hiking trails (we have a large open space preserve near us) that was also not too heavy, easy to fold and transport in the trunk of our car -- I had pretty much given up on finding this 'ultimate stroller' -- that is until I 'test drove' the BOB revolution -- I was amazed at how this finally seemed to be the one and decided to spend the $350 despite having 2 other strollers. It was a great decision -- my wife just swears by this stroller and uses it exclusively -- previously she used a Combi umbrella stroller for the store and a traditional (non-steering) jogger we got as a hand-me-down for the trail. It is much easier to maneouver than even the small/light combi (the steering is fabulous) and much easier to transport and maneouver on the trail than the old jogger. And with the front wheel locked it works fine for 'light' jogging...

And our son (now age 11 months) just loves the ride, the suspension is wonderful! The sun shade is also great, providing more protection than many...

I had originally considered the Phil & Ted's which seemed attractive since it can carry a 2nd child (not yet a concern for us but was thinking ahead...) but the B.O.B. revolution clearly outclassed it in many areas making it the clear winner -- aluminium vs steel frame (lighter), easier folding, suspension, true off road, etc...
