Review: I got a chance to compare the BMW 745i with Mercedes-Benz S500 and the new 2004 Audi A8L when I attended a MotorTrend event. The event featured both the performance and luxury courses.

The Cadillac of BMWs (with a V12 engine that is!)

The Bottom Line: This is the most comfortable riding BMW in the world. Some of the technology is over the top. Build quality is excellent and the V-12 is smooth, quiet, and fast.

The Bottom Line: I recommend this car to anyone who can deal with minor problems, and who can afford it. And who has the patience to deal with the controversial iDrive.
