This car will get you attention, oh yes it will!

Date of Review:  Jan 7, 2002
The Bottom Line: If you can afford the cost, the insurance and the tickets, and put up with possible failures, it's just about the perfect car.
Review: I walked into the dealership on New Year's Eve looking to order a 330xi. The sales guy saw me looking at the silver M3 Cabriolet with Imola (a color for a German car named after an Italian race track?) Red leather seat and midnight blue top. He...

Fantastic machine

Date of Review:  Aug 8, 2004
Review: I've owned the car about a year now. Bought it second hand with 17k km on the meter. Had previously a 1995 E36 325i convertible.

Absolutely thrilled about this machine. Abundant power which is great on Hong Kong's mountainous roads. Lot's...

325 XiT AWD Wagon, the perfect SUV replacement!

Date of Review:  May 27, 2009
The Bottom Line: If your a skier/snowboarder looking for a replacement for your gas guzzling SUV then this may be the perfect car for you!
Review: This past ski season I was in Vermont and I took a corner a little too fast and my Nissan Pathfinder slid right off the road and into a ditch.  So when I was looking for a new set of wheels I had a list of things the car would have to do for me...

****

I bought my 2002 325i w/ Sport Suspension and 5-Speed Manual transmission in July of 2005 with 74,000 miles on it. I'm up to 88,000 miles now and I love this car. I just plain...

Review: the all new 333hp 6 speed m3 is a marval of engineering.no aspect of the vehicle has been untouched or unthought of.the inline 6 cylinder not only makes 105 hp per liter but for a 6 cylinder, it redlines at 8000 rpm.the amount of engineering put...

Makes driving fun...

Date of Review:  Feb 2, 2003
The Bottom Line: Good buy, but consider and test drive Lexus models which are lower priced. I may have gotten one of these but they do not have AWD.
Review: I've had this car for over a year now. I haven't had any problems with it and the engine has started every time I have turned the key. Driving is lots of fun, however, most of my driving is not on long winding roads along the coast of California;...

At ten grand a liter, how much BMW would you like?

Date of Review:  Jul 21, 2002
The Bottom Line: The 3.0 transforms an already great car. Although I hate to legitimate BMW's $5,000 price for this upgrade, it might just be worth it.
Review: If Detroit could get the prices that the Germans do for options, they'd have billions in extra profits per year. Take the Ford Contour I drive. It was available with a 125 horsepower 2.0 liter four and a 170 horsepower 2.5 liter V6. How much extra...

2002 BMW 330 Sedan... A step back or a move up? (UPDATED)

Date of Review:  Nov 26, 2001
The Bottom Line: Great car, but very expensive for the class. Get it with a manual tranny or get a 5 series instead for almost the same money.
Review: I recently attended a BMW clinic and had a chance to spend some time driving a 330 rear wheel drive sedan with an automatic transmission. No restrictions, open roads and parking lots with cones. Boy was that fun... I hope they dont sell this car as...
