AXE induces Touch

During one of my trips to my local Big Lots, I saw this product for $3 for 4 oz. of product. (I now buy it at Wal-Mart for about $4.50 since it's all gone at Big Lots. I've seen it online comparably priced.) I was curious as to how Axe Deodorant Body Spray - Touch would smell, so I sprayed a tiny bit into the air, and was pleasantly surprised. This scent smelled really good. I thought it smelled like a rather high-end cologne. Despite the completely ridiculous commercials, I bought this for my husband.

The product:

This comes in a round, metal bottle that stands about 5.75" tall. The bottle fits well in the palm of the hand, and the bottle has three ridges on each side to improve grip. To use, you slide a button on top of the packaging forward, then press down. (I like this as there's virtually no chance of the product dispensing when it's in a travel bag crowded with other stuff.)

Long-lasting all over bodyspray. Axe Deodorant Body Spray is the all-over bodyspray with effective deodorant protection and a long lasting fragrance designed to seduce the ladies. If you spray it, they will come. (**eye-roll**)

Directions for use: Just hold can 6 inches from your body and spray all over - anywhere you want to smell great.

Ingredients (taken from walgreens.com...axe website doesn't list them): SD Alcohol 40-B Alcohol Denat. , Isobutane , Propane , Fragrance Parfum , Isopropyl Myistate

Common sense precautions: Avoid spraying in eyes and excessive inhalation. Flammable. Do not use near flame of any kind. Do not place on or near sources of heat.

Experience:

My husband isn't big on wearing cologne, but I'm slowly getting him there. This is a baby-step. When I brought this home to him, he looked at it skeptically. I cajoled him into spraying on some, and after applying it, he decided he really liked it. Yea! He uses this like a cologne, in that he only does one spray right smack in the middle of his chest. (He dispenses the product for about one second...one one-thousand. No, he doesn't count it, I'm just trying to give you an idea of how much he uses!) That one spray LASTS ALL DAY, every time. The smell has never faded while wearing it. I wish I could describe the smell...the only thing I can think of is it smells a little musky, is slightly strong but not at all overpowering, and is very manly.

While Touch is our favorite fragrance in this line, this product also comes in many other fragrances, as well as deodorants and body washes.

Since he uses so little of this product, one bottle tends to last him a good, long while.

I believe this product to be appropriate for men of any age.
