Pros: Is perfect size and the unit does the job when it works

Cons: totally unreliable and very poor warranty back up, I will not or recommend it

I bought this washer in January 2005 after 3 months of weekly use it stop working then after contacting Avanti for warranty service I was told that the unit needed a new board so I waited months for the part since it was on back order when finally the board arrived it was installed one week before my warranty expired it worked fine for one month and it broke down again now service wants me to purchase a new board $150 plus labor because I am out of factory warranty.
