I bought this unit in Jan, had it replaced end of May, need it replaced again. The company wants me to pay shipping for it. And after refusing, they are holding my replacement hostage until I pay.
I would NEVER buy from this company again, they are beyond horrible to deal with. I wish I would have bought the warranty from Best buy, at least I could get better service.
The thing sounds like its going to take off, all of my co-workers can hear it, and it doesnt get anything very cold. It would be better to have a cooler!
Seriously A PIECE OF CRAP!! DONT BUY FROM THESE JERKS
