We bought the Avanti WCR5104 in December of 2006. It stopped working in October of 2007. I STILL CAN NOT GET those dopey service people to send a repair person out. They have THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE that I have ever seen and I guess that it is because everyone is calling with their broken appliances. Save your self some heartache and buy ANY OTHER brand.
