Low Quality Display

I had purchased a 7" Samsung and returned it 2 days later because saw this one for the same price and with lots more features other than just a bigger screen.
However, I immediately noticed the difference in the image quality. The quality of the image is not as clear as others that I saw. When playing movie titles, credits, or subtitles, the letters have a shadow that almost makes them double letters and it makes it annoying and hard to read. I called their customer service and after 15 min on hold they said that it was not a defect nor it could be adjusted, but that it was due to the size of the screen. Also, the 30 games are cheesy and the main screen for the games is so weird, that I was not sure if it was like that or the screen was defective.
Other than that, the case is really nice and versatile,, the sound is also very good. the battery is bulky and the player does not fit in the case while the battery is attached to it. Overall I was not satisfied and returned it the same day.
