Okay, I have read the whole Left Behind series, including this one. You have your feeling guilty yet compelled to make amends pilor Rayford Steele here who is struggling with the idea of wanting to be the one God uses to destroy the antichrist, but he won't be destroyed just put out of commission for 3 1/2 days, then you have Hattie Durham the ex-air line attendant who was also the antichrist's lover who had gotten pregnant then miscarried because he poisoned her and then there is Chaim Rozenweig who has had to deal with being tortured by scorpions and a possible stroke and above all that had to give up his precious formula while entertaining the idea that Nicolae Carpathia was a decent man, not the antichrist. However, he did invent a sword so minute, yet so sharp to touch it you would lose your finger and not even see it before it cut you. So there are at least 3 potential assassians right there, not to mention the other 3 in the group of people on the stage in this book where a religious meeting is being held. So there you have it, it could have been one, it could have been more, it could have been all of them at the same time, who is to know.

This book will keep you on the edge of your seat and so will the bible where this series is taken from, and like in the bible the book of revelation clearly states that the antichrist will be assassinated only to rise again in 3 1/2 days. I wouldn't take this series too lightly for it is once told that God has warned his people and will continue to do so by whatever means, if you are left in what will be the tribulation, pray for those who are to help with the soul harvest because the antichrist will never rest until he gets as many souls as he can.

This particular book approaches this matter from a wide concept that time is running out and noone can warn you anymore for the two witnesses are slain then resurrected back up into heaven as the world prepares for the final showdown between good and evil.
