The Bottom Line:
It's useful for minimal trimming jobs where you don't have to cut it very close, or you don't have to trim much.

Author's Review
The Micro Touch Trimmer is a small, silver trimmer. I've seen the ads for this product plenty of times. They claim that it will trim anything, even thick chest hair. It won't cut you. The hair won't grow back thicker. So many promises...
I didn't really believe much of it, although I'd allowed myself to hope. One day, my dad saw the ad and decided to get it. I tried it.
Well, there's good news and bad news. First, the bad. It doesn't cut very close, so if you use it on your face, it won't get rid of all your hair, and it might not look so good. I also tried it on my arms a little, just for a test. It hurt a bit, like it was pulling on the hairs as it cut. And, the hair definitely grew in thicker/darker, which sucks.
And the good news? It hasn't cut me at all. I was a little nervous about sticking it up my nose, but now I'm confident that it won't hurt me. And since the nose hairs don't have to be cut really close, it works well there. But that seems to be the only use I'd have for it.
The price is decent, at around ten dollars. You get a few extra blades, although I haven't had to change it yet, and it's been several months. I also haven't had to change the batteries. The trimmer comes with a cap, and it's about the size of a pen, so it's easy to carry in a pocket or a purse. The product is fairly quiet, since it's small and not that powerful. The level of noise is about the same as an electric toothbrush. I think it's a good product for nose hair, but for most other things, it's not much use.
