Keep baby within arm's reach

I got a lot of use out of my Arm's Reach co-sleeper. I used it attached to the bed for the first few weeks, when I couldn't bear to have the baby far away, then converted it to a bassinet and had it a few steps away from the bed when the nighttime feedings were less frequent. Now, I'm using it as a portable crib, since my older child is still attached to his crib and I don't want to rush him out.

As a portable crib, it's easy to put up and take down, but the co-sleeper takes some time to set up. Thankfully, the folks at Arm's Reach are very helpful and worked with me on the phone to answer my questions. I am passing it on to a friend to use with her second child!
