Epinions The perfect bed

by  mom-of-6,  Jul 23, 2007
Pros: Convenient; both me and baby slept better; safe
Cons: None
The Bottom Line: I highly recommend this product to anyone! 5 children have used mine!!
Review: I loved this, it was worth every penny. All three of my kids used this co-sleeper, as did two of my nephews. It sounds as though the first reviewer has many other issues if the baby is crying and screaming at all times, probably isn't the bed. You ...

Epinions Baby Product I would recommend the most if baby sleeps in your room!

by  jessie29,  Apr 23, 2008
Pros: convenient for breastfeeding mother, great alternative to baby sleeping in bed, very secure
Cons: fabric can pill, cosleeper only useful attached on bed for about 5 months
The Bottom Line: Despite the negatives, I would recommend this product as a safe cosleeping alternative, it is wonderful to have your baby still at eye level, but not in your bed.
Review: I bought this when my daughter was about 4 months old because she was sleeping in our bed with us because I was breastfeeding her and it was just so much easier having her in bed with us. As she got older she was rolling all over and I always ended up ...

Epinions Want piece of mind?

by  bols543,  Mar 13, 2007
Pros: Piece of mind.
Cons: Sheets do shrink if dried.
The Bottom Line: I highly recommend this because you are able to tend to baby's needs immediately.
Review: This was the best investment I made with all of my children. I would happily do it all over again. I am glad to have spent my money on this and not on some tiny little craddle that my baby would have grown out of in no time. It was a comfort for me to ...

Epinions Absolutely love it!

by  shannonrenee79,  Dec 19, 2006
Pros: Allows baby to safely sleep beside you, roomy
Cons: Original mattress is very hard
Review: I was apprehensive about spending so much money on the co-sleeper at first, but it has been worth every penny. My first son slept in his crib at the foot of our bed, and I was constantly crawling to the foot of the bed to check on him. I bought the Arm's ...

Epinions Great for keeping baby with you AWESOME for NURSING

by  Carlsonrio,  Dec 22, 2005
Pros: convienent and the best way to keep an eye on baby
Cons: Read instructions carefully
Review: Its great for parents who want their babies in their room with them, but rather not have them actually in the bed. I can lay right next to my baby, safely and comfortably and be able to easily reach in to rub or pat his back when he stirs during the ...

Epinions arms reach original co sleeper

by  nicolebaker,  Mar 27, 2006
Pros: Great way to keep baby close
Cons: you really need to read directions to put it together
Review: I received this product at my babyshower for my second son. It was very easy to put together, I did by myself with no help from my husband. It connects to your bed so the baby can be next to you at eye level and arms reach, but not in the bed with you. ...

Epinions Best of both worlds

by  mom2emma,  Jan 16, 2007
Pros: keeps baby close but seperate, can take it on vacation
Cons: may not be able to nurse while baby is laying in it
The Bottom Line: I like this as the perfect best of cosleeping but seperate sleeping
Review: Never thought there was a need for the "other" world. Keeping baby seperate that is. Cosleeping was the perfect solution to get more sleep for a nursing mom at night. My first 2 transitioned fine to their own beds. But seeing as my 2 yr old is still ...

Epinions Arm's Reach = the perfect distance

by  shumai,  Mar 9, 2007
Pros: Great for nighttime feedings and changings; keeps baby nearby for exhausted parents
Cons: Difficult to unlock; mattress can seem noisy if baby bangs on it
The Bottom Line: Some minor kinks and a bit pricey, but a good product overall; especially helpful for those extremely tiring first few months -- the convenience saves you some much-needed energy!
Review: Before our baby was born we had already decided that we'd want her sleeping in our room, but we were concerned about the dangers of true co-sleeping. Based on various friends' recommendations, we bought the Arm's Reach Co-Sleeper, and we've found it to ...

Epinions Very Durable

by  valfl82,  Jun 6, 2007
Pros: Durability, versatility, safety.....
Cons: not very travel friendly
Review: I used this co-sleeper until my son was 2 months old and until the present as a play yard. I have nothing negative to say other that collapsing it for travel is not very easy. It takes a little while and it's nearly impossible to fit in the bag with all ...

Epinions Didn't Work For Me

by  tonyzwife,  Mar 17, 2008
Pros: Sturdy, keeps baby next to you for nursing and bonding, attractive design
Cons: Heavy, expensive, difficult to assemble and disassemble
The Bottom Line: It didn't work for us, but might work out for you. A pack-n-play might be a better option.
Review: When I was expecting my twins, I decided that I wanted to try having them sleep in our room with us to help with bonding. I went out and invested in an Arms Reach Original Co-Sleeper because I thought that it would fit both babies, and still not take up ...
