Pros: attractive, nicely constructed, attaches securely to adult bed
Cons: not that much different than a regular playard with bassinette insert
The Bottom Line: The Bottom Line is still hunting for the perfect co-sleeping solution.

Review: When I found myself unexpectedly pregnant with baby number four, the first panicked thought that I had was that I had gotten rid of many of my baby things, from bassinette to infant carseat. Knowing I'd have to replace both my playard as well as my...

Review: Before my son was born, I knew that I wanted to have a family bed. However, I was not sure that all of us would fit in our double bed, so I was shopping for a cradle to go near our bed when I ran across this. This was the best find I could have...

Pros: very convenient, doubles as a play yard, attractive
Cons: hard to put together, bulky
The Bottom Line: This co-sleeper is well worth the money even though it's a little big and a little bit hard to assemble.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: Before I had kids, I didn't plan on co-sleeping. It was just something that evolved naturally. My first-born started out in a bassinet which she quickly outgrew. I then moved her to a larger cradle next to my bed. When she outgrew that but was still...

Pros: Great for attachment parents. Stay in bed all night!
Cons: Higher than my bed, awkward to get in and out of bed
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: When I saw the Arm's Reach co-sleeper, I knew it was right for our family. The co-sleeper functions much like a bassinet in the bedroom. EXCEPT that is attaches to your bed so that it is actually like a 3-sided extension to the bed.

Pros: Solid and well constructed
Cons: Too bulky as a bassinet, and too heavy and difficult to assemble for a playpen.
The Bottom Line: Poor value. Costs more than a bassinet and a playpen combined and doesn't do either job well.

Pros: Keeps baby close, good for those not comfortable with baby in bed
Cons: Bulky, mattress not level with adult bed
The Bottom Line: Bottom line, if you have the money, go for it. It can work for some, but wasn't wonderful for us.
