MMMM!!!

I'M A PERFECTIONIST

I would like to start off by saying that I am picky about fragrances and I don't mean just picky but EXTREMELY picky. I have bought fragrances from stores before that I thought smelled good in the case and, after having put it on, I had such a headache. Needless to say, I return them. This has happened at least 8 different times. Well, eventually, I got fed up with it. I decided not to wear any fragrances. One day, however, I was walking through Wal Mart and I noticed a great price on Elizabeth Arden's "Red Door" fragrance. It had a scratch and sniff sticker. After smelling it I was impressed. Considering it was so inexpensive (about $28.95 for lotion, body cleanser and two perfume bottles -- one small and one larger --) and I liked the smell I thought I would try it.

I have to say that Red Door is one of the few fragrances I actually like and love wearing! My guy just loves it and I do too. No headaches and even my brother doesn't hate it (11-year-old brothers aren't too complimentary, you know). I have had this for a while and I still enjoy it.

WHAT DOES IT SMELL LIKE?

One of the most difficult parts of describing this product is how to put in words how it smells. The fragrance, to me, doesn't smell like a fruit or flower. If I had to pick the closest to one of the two I would say probably flower. However, I don't think that quite describes it. My sister smelled it and told me that it smells like something an "Aunt" would wear. She thinks of Aunts as a young woman in early 30's with a career, a fiance and a great sense of fashion (those ladies who eat at fancy restaurants and get their nails done). To be honest, I would describe it best by that as well. I wish I could describe it more accurately but this is a difficult task.

To describe the perfume further I would say that it is not an extremely strong fragrance but it's not something you would want to spray more than one squirt of.

GIRLS ONLY

The fragrance is quite feminine, I believe. Some scents smell like a men's cologne but this definitely can be classified as a woman's fragrance.

While the fragrance may not be for everyone it sure was for me! Hey, it couldn't hurt to try it! If you don't think it's for you then return it, simple as that.
