Are you one of those people who like to go to open houses, not because you are actually looking for a house to buy, but just because you like to see the decor of killer homes? Are you not able to surrender to this hobby lately, because you keep bumping into the same realtors & you are getting a reputation as a looky-loo?If this is true, you should simply subscribe to AD. Sure, it costs more (open houses are usually free), but you don't have to face those same realtors, who are really only interested in customers. (And can you blame them? It's their income).Of course, AD shows homes that barely even exist in most cities in America. If these homes do exist, they are never displayed at open houses. No, these homes are shown by appointment only, specifically to keep the oglers out.So, buy AD & ogle away. These are the type of magazines you'll want to keep for a spell, so you can occasionally day dream.
