I don't know how I ever lived without this!

by   shodan504 ,  Aug 15, 2006
Pros: Compact, simple to use, great sound quality, easy to sync with ITunes software and fun!
Cons: Pricey for it's capacity. Would like to see the 2GB at this price range.
The Bottom Line: This is a great little gadget for those who listen to podcasts and can delete items frequently. It is portable, has good sound, and can be used in many situations.
Review: Can one love an inanimate object? I hope so because I LOVE my IPod Nano. I recently received "Roxie" as a gift from my husband - yes, you can name your Nano...it may seem weird but I really like that they give you that option. The name shows up in ...

by   eiapoce ,  Jun 1, 2006
Pros: Beautiful - Extreme Quality - Excellent usability
Cons: Uses iTunes and intrusive DRM (Digital Restrictions Managment)
The Bottom Line: It is a good buy for commuting and casual listening. The limited memory prevents other uses.
Review: I got a iPod Nano for my birthday. After almost 3 weeks I am now confident I can write a consistent Review. * IT LOOKS GOOD The iPod looks are perfect. It is a State of Art piece of equipment. The looks are only rivaled by the solid feeling you get ...

Good things come in little packages.

by   payne34 ,  Sep 17, 2006
Pros: Small, flash drive instead of hard drive, lightweight, easy to use.
Cons: scratches easily, not a ton of storage space, must have same computer to update.
The Bottom Line: Great for taking your music wherever you go. Small enough to use during whatever your doing.
Review: General Information When it comes to size vs. storage you can't go wrong with the Nano from apple. It is the smallest mp3 on the market and offers three different sizes of memory (1gb, 2gb, and 4gb). The 1gb holds up to 240 songs or 15,000 digital ...

Apple rules!

by   ez2xlr8 ,  Dec 9, 2007
Pros: Small, light unit. Abundance of accessories available.
Cons: None come to mind.
Review: As usual, Apple shows the world the way to go. This innovative, ground breaking product will undoubtedly cause an avalanche of imitators. As in the past, they will not match Apple's quality control, reliability and durability. Belongs in the ...

by   alanbbates ,  Jul 12, 2006
Pros: Silky smooth and easy to use.
Cons: Itunes
Review: I wondered what all the buzz was about ipods of any size. It looked like a lot more sizzle than anything else. So I did the "smart thing" and bought the 15 gb Dell Digital Juke Box. It worked pretty good and I used it a lot. Of course Dell doesn't sell ...

iPod nano - review - make an informed decision

by   CyndiA ,  Mar 31, 2006
Pros: Hot product. Tiny. Good sound overall. Fun.
Cons: Harder to get going than they say. Worthless booklet. Bad lanyard.
The Bottom Line: The iPod nano is the hot music player. It's a good machine. Needs better support/booklet etc. Not one click.
Review: After two months with the iPod and with i Tunes, I'd say I made the right decision in going with the 1 gig for my son. I did a lot of research prior to making the purchase. With some time for the new to wear off, we're ...

The Bottom Line: This iPod is great for kids and adults alike. Buy it from a Apple retailer to ensure a new unit.
Review: My kids wanted iPods. It's the hottest thing now amongst the kids. And it had better be iPod or nothing. So I picked up 3 of these babies from my favorite internet retailer-Newegg.com at $99 ea. This was in September and it was a weekend special, I do ...

Eww.. Why buy this?

by   bballer11 ,  Mar 26, 2006
Pros: Lightweight, good sound quality, ease of use
Cons: Price, space per dollar, earbuds, only fits about 200 songs, durability
The Bottom Line: I recommend that you get a bigger iPod than this. But if you must this iPod definitely has its positives.
Review: When you decide you are going to purchase an Apple iPod, the nano should not be considered. If you read the fine print on the Apple website, or if you have another size iPod, somewhere on there it will say something like "actual formatted capacity ...
