Apple Ipod 2nd Generation Nano 8GB in Black
I have to admit, I always was a sceptic of the Ipods. When they first came out, I heard many negatives of durability, battery life and breakage ratios. However, since that time I have become a Apple Ipod Nano lover and will not go back!
The Process of Aquiring the Nano
To explain a little bit of the process of how I came to love the Nano, let us begin with the Sony Playstation Portable (or PSP). I love video games, I'm going to school to learn how to create artwork for video games. So...it would make sense that I would choose to buy the PSP. After all, it plays movies, games and music! Well, don't get me wrong, the PSP is a wonderful system, but it has some flaws. First of all, its large screen is nice, but it tends to be somewhat of a nuisance to carry around. That and the games, often, are sub par. (I'm still a Sega Gamegear Lover, sorry!) The PSP often required a driver to operate on computers, making it more difficult to transfer documents. And, the memory was horrid unless you wanted to spend another 100 dollars on a memory card.
That brings us to the Apple Ipod Nano in sleek black. I chose to sell the PSP and get the Nano. Mainly I used it for listening to music due to a hectic student schedule anyway, so it made sense.
Reasons to Buy
The Nano is amazing for three main reasons:
1. It has a classic, top notch appearance, particularly in black. The size is compact and easy to transport.
2. The memory is far superior to the PSP. Apple rates it as being able to hold 2000 songs or 25,000 images for the digital photographer! The dream comes true....
3. Compatibility. The little bugger doesn't even need a driver! So, it is insanely easy to transfer files for those of you who have a travelling lifestyle such as mine. No more cd burners for us!
