Ipod Nano worth every penny
Date of Review: Sep 28, 2005
The Bottom Line: Get it you will not be sorry. Be sure to get another set of headphones for workouts though.
This is by far the most incredible MP3 player that I have ever purchased. The 4Gb of memory allows for you to put an incredible amount of information (songs, pics, files) in one handy little package.
It's ridiculously small and light weight. The screen has great resolution and it has a ton of handy features built into it. You don't need Itunes to use it like a jump drive so you can put files on it for use on just about any computer (be sure to carry around your USB cable though). Itunes is needed to get music sorted but it's a free program and one of my favorites for playing mp3's. Battery life is good and recharge times are great. I love being able to catch a podcast and listen to it while I'm working out. It's hard to believe that it has taken this long for an idea like that to hit the streets. Once you've gotten used to it, it's hard to believe that you could get along without it. (kind of like when cell phones first became affordable)
This is going to be a huge selling item for Christmas this year and I predict it will be very hard to acquire once the holiday season begins.
Do yourself a favor and get it. All other MP3 players pale in comparison.
