Love the Nano!

iPod did it right when they came out with the new green Nano. I upgraded from a 1GB black Nano to this 4GB green Nano and I am so much happier with this Nano.
The "metal" finish on the iPod is great. It feels so sturdy, but I still keep it in a protective case.
The new iTunes software makes it easy to keep my iPod up to date with the latest updates.
The screen is bright, I use it often when I am going to sleep. The controls are easy and the menu is not hard either. I normally can change songs or turn up the volume without having to look at the iPod at all.
It doesn't take long to charge, but if you use it a lot then you charge it a lot. I find that my battery drains quickly if I listen to music and play the Solitaire game on the iPod. But if I just listen to music at night, the battery lasts me a good week or so.
I opted to use my own headphones instead of the classic white iPod headphones for comfort. The iPod ones are not very comfortable.
The sound quality is great. The sounds are very clear - no static and you don't have to turn the volume up very loud to hear the songs. Sometimes when I sleep, I just lay my headphones next to me and have the iPod on halfway volume, and the music still sounds so clear.
Also - no software comes inside the box so you need an internet connection to download iTunes for the Nano.
