The best laptop I've ever used

I am an ICT Technician for a large college and one of the perks is getting to handle the latest hardware. So when coming to a decision about buying a new laptop I researched and ended up buying a Dell Inspiron 9200, fully loaded, 1GB ram etc. Great laptop, 17" widescreen etc.

It lasted 24 days before the motherboard failed and the low quality construction started to show. Not what I wanted for £1300.

So onto something new. A Mac interested me as a friend bought an eMac and showed me the interface. I ordered my 12" Powerbook 1.5Ghz and without doubt its the best bit of hardware I've used in years.

Precision Aluminium casing, great bright LCD, so quiet you dont know its on! The OS X interface just tops off the package nicely.

So with £300 difference in my pocket from a Dell refund, I am really happy to have switched. Mine came with 512mb Ram, 80Gig hdd and 8X Superdrive (DVDRW), Airport Extreme and Bluetooth.

Oh and guess what...it just works. No fuss. No crashing.
