Author's Review

I switched from a PC to Mac based on all those wonderful opinions and unfortunately I have to differ. I bought Mac in Newegg.com and the first thing that went wrong was a registration. My Canon laser printer does not work with the Mac and after calling Apple support I was told that I am not eligible for a phone support. That was only about a week after purchase! After wasting considerable time on the phone and waiting additional two days for Apple to update their files the issue is supposed to be resolved. I still don’t know if my printer (Canon MF 4150) will work with Mac. The sound quality of Mac support specialists is horrible. The people are courteous but their phones are bad. Another irritating thing about the Mac is that after clicking something nothing obvious happens. I never know if the computer is doing something or not. There is no light or any other indicator showing the system status.
