Once you go MacBook you never go back!

The Bottom Line: Highly recommended- really great system and computer!
I LOVE my MacBook!! I have to admit, what first appealed to me was how cute and clean they look. But once my friend showed me his and navigated through it I knew it was right for me. The camera and Photo Booth provides hours of fun. The kids I watch after love it and are entertained for hours.
At first I thought Macs were hard to use and confusing. Once I got a hang of it I realized that it's a lot more simple than the Microsoft system. Everything you need is there and nothing else! They are especially perfect for artsy people. Editing movies, pictures, etc.
I think my favorite thing has been not having to worry about viruses at all. I've never had any operating problems.
It's also a bummer that anything you download has to be the "Mac Version" or it won't work. This hasn't affected me too many times, but there have been a few games that I couldn't find the Mac Version of so I didn't get them.
My absolute biggest complaint is that the edges that you put your wrist on when typing are really sharp! I've asked other people with the same computer if they have this problem and they said no. Maybe I'm crazy or it's a little defect on mine but it really bugs me! I have to put a towel or blanket over the edge when I know I'll be typing for a long time!
I definitely spent more on this computer than I would've on another one but I think it's been worth it. I was happy to receive a discount because I'm a student and I received a free Ipod with mine but I don't think that is still being offered.
I love my computer!
