Apple iMac 20 in. (MA589LL/A) Mac Desktop

Having not used a Mac for 7 years, this iMac is a great introduction to Apple computing circa 2007.

The 20-inch screen is brilliant with lots of real estate to open multiple applications. Attractive design makes it an elegant addition to any home office or even living room. Apple OS 10.4 is easy to use and easy to learn.

With the release of Parallels and Boot Camp, a Windows can be a few keystrokes away.

The form factor is great until you get to the Apple keyboard and Mighty Mouse. Both can be difficult to use smoothly. I replaced mine shortly after purchase.

Overall, this is a great way to introduce yourself (or get re-acquainted in my case) to Apple.
