Best musical I have ever seen

Annie has always been my favorite movie. I absolutely love every bit of this movie for many reasons. I kind of have a soft spot for musicals because I've always loved singing and dancing ever since I was a little kid.

The 1999 version of Annie is also good, but the 1982 version is definitely the best because it's the original one and it has the original Annie and everything...I like it more. Annie is a good movie for so many reasons...

The plot is really good, for one thing. It keeps you interested and you even start to feel bad for the little orphans stuck in the orphanage with mean old Miss. Hannigan who "takes care" of them. Annie just makes it though...that cute little face surrounded by that red head of curls makes you really see a good side in the movie. When Miss. Hannigan punnishes Annie or even any of the other orphans, you want to jump right in there and cry and sing with Annie! By the end of the movie, when you see what happens...you'll be so incredibly pleased you'll be in tears.

Also, the songs are just awesome. I'm sure everyone, even if they haven't seen Annie, has heard the song "Tomorrow." It is by far one of my favorite songs from a movie. All the songs from the movie are great and fun...everyone sings along to the songs from Annie, whether it be "Hard Knock Life" or "You're Never Fully Dressed Without A Smile." The songs make you smile and want to get up and dance along with the orphan girls. The songs are a main reason I love this movie, so I'd also definitely recommend the Annie soundtrack.

If you are just sitting home one night with something to do, I would definitely tell you to go out and rent Annie! You will instantly fall in love with the cute little girls and the songs they sing...I know I have! I've seen Annie a countless amount of times yet I never get sick of it! I could listen to the songs all day, and watch the movie every day.

I recommend it for anyone...kids would love it, and I also think that if adults are into plays or musicals then they'd definitely enjoy Annie. It's a great family night movie or even a movie to watch on a rainy day. If you haven't seen Annie, you don't know what you're missing!
