Informative for New Parents

I've been a subscriber to American Baby for about two years now, and although their magazine is not very large each month, it is always packed with useful information.

They place a heavy emphasis on health and medical issues, including the medical update in every issue, nutrition for you and your baby, your baby's health, new parent blues or mood swings, and more.

They also feature many "how to" articles for parents, such as how to handle your finances with a new baby, how to handle work and a baby, how to build a more confident child, and more.

Relationships is another important area they address, including the relationship between a mother and her newborn or the relationship between a husband and wife after having a baby.

I like the fact that they present new products on the market as well. I've learned some valuable tips on which products are better and so forth.

While I also subscribe to Parent's magazine, and it is usually much larger each issue than American Baby, I enjoy my subscription to American Baby because it is so informative. I received my first year's subscription as a gift and would recommend this as a good gift for any new parent.
