Ameda Purely Yours Dual Electric Breastpump: Great "Milking machine" |
|||
|
Pros: Great Pump!!
Cons: Not silent, Case is a little big.
The Bottom Line: This pump works great and was recommended by our lactation consultant.
Review: This pump was recommended to us in the Breastfeeding course that we took at the hospital. The lactation consultant recommended this one or the Medela/Pump in Style. The Ameda Purely Yours and the Hollister Purely Yours are the same ...

Pros: Comes with lots of extras, easy to use, empties sides quickly.
Cons: No spare parts in Target and Babies R Us
The Bottom Line: The Purely Yours does not seem to be as popular as the Medela, but it is still a serious contender.
Review: My baby was born at the end of April via surprise c-section. Actually, I was not surprised that I had to have a c-section. I had a feeling that I was going to need one; I am five feet tall on a good day and the last ultrasound measured the baby at 7 ...

Pros: cheaper than Medela! Effective and easy to use
Cons: None
The Bottom Line: Excellent breast pump that came recommended by my lactation consultant!

Pros: Affordable, easy to clean, compact and travels well
Cons: Harder to find parts (can get off Internet but not in most stores), noisy
The Bottom Line: This is one of the best pumps out there for the price. It's easy to clean, tote around, and maintain.
Review: I have over a thousand hours on this pump, and it has been a very good breastpump for the money not to mention it's still in great shape. I used this pump from the very beginning in the hospital with my daughter to both establish a supply (she was not ...

Pros: Easy to clean, light, discrete, simple, lots included, effective, warranty, universal bottles, less expensive
Cons: Not a silent pump but none are, had to buy sight unseen from e-bay.
The Bottom Line: For a personal electric dual pump, with 6 bottles, tote, cooler, 8 settings, 4 speeds, FDA approved, this one is the best price out there. $200.00
Review: I spent a lot of time researching pumps before I had my son. I knew I would be going back to work full time and needed something of really good quality that didn't cost too much. Since this was my first child and I was already suffering from sticker ...

Pros: Price, Convenience, Get a lot for the Money!
Cons: I would probably rather have an over the shoulder rather than a backpack style.
The Bottom Line: I would totally recommend this pump because it has worked great and I haven't had any problems with it.
Review: This is a great pump. I have been pumping for about 6 months, almost everyday twice a day. I am a working mom and I work full time. This pump has worked out great for me. I ultimately decided to go with the Ameda Purely Yours over the Medela Pump in ...

Pros: Less Expensive, Don't have to clean out tubes.
Cons: none
Review: I know many people use the Medela. I researched the Medela and Ameda pumps. I chose the Ameda because it's about $100 less expensive than the Medela. I also like that it weighs less. The best thing is that I don't have to clean out the little tubes. ...
