You will do yourself better with any other split unit

Do not buy this product! Although I can’t speak for all Amcor, products – if this product is similar to the type of quality and support that the company provides for all their products, do not buy ANY Amcor product! The product comes with instructions that read like they purchased a poorly designed Chinese to English converter program and wrote their entire manual with it. On top of that, when you write the company, you get “complete sentences” such as: “Need to give you and FYI. Per Amcor, Inc. Warranty and per Amcor disclaimer.” As you can see, a lot of help they are! Their e-mails are as incomprehensive as the manuals they provide. As a contracting officer in Iraq, I purchased and monitored the installation of hundreds of split unit air conditioners from dozens of vendors (not from Amcor though). With my experience, I can now say the unit Amcor sells is, by far, the most incomprehensible, non-understandable, difficult, and cheap product I have ever been associated with. Unfortunately – this is the one I bought. Do yourself a BIG favor – SHOP ELSEWHERE!
