Alvin and the Chipmunks

I first got to see this movie during my brother's 7th birthday party. When my brother saw the previews on t.v. he said he wanted to see that. When my mom's friend should my brother the movie, he said my mom had to get it. My mom said no sorry. What he didn't know was that my mom had already bought it and packed it up for him.

I always loved the original cartoons and I always did love all three of the chipmunks...especially Alvin. I loved the beginning of the movie where Alvin, Simon and Theodore sing Bad Day by Daniel Powter. I loved the song when I heard it on the radio before and I loved it when the chipmunks were singing it. Dave was ok but I liked the cartoon Dave a lot better. I also don't remember Dave having a girlfriend, although it was pretty sweet. I loved the songs that the chipmunks sang like: Witchdoctor (which was my number 1 favorite), How We Roll, and All Around (I think that's what that song is called.)

I didn't like Ian. I thought he was too much and I didn't like the fact how they put him in the movie. I mean he is a good character but they used too much of him in the movie. I also didn't like the guy who was playing him because I think that he is very annoying and he is not a great actor. I also didn't like the fact that the movie was really short. What ever happened to Ian?
