Cons: cost of upkeep and planned obsolescence.

Arizona is dry. We used this unit for almost two years for a good six months out of the year and then the interior components started to corrode. A rep in the customer service department told us that this was "normal". So, with that said, this is an excellent unit if you plan on trashing it and replacing it every few years.
