Bad experience with Air-O-Swiss

The Bottom Line: An important component (the ionic silver stick) was not included with the unit. Bad customer service.
Review: I purchased an Air-O-Swiss 7133 humidifier from Bedbathbeyond.com ($141 plus shipping and tax). In the product description it indicates that the unit includes an "Ionic Silver Stick", which can prevent microbial growth. But when I received the unit...

White Dust All Over

Review: Hi ~ I specifically bought this machine because it said that it didn't spew white dust all over. WRONG ! It does, while it's not that much, it IS why I chose this one, because it said it didn't ! So much for truth in advertising.

A Waste of Money
