Pros:
Graphics, Storyline, Guilds, Combat system, Fatalities, Various NPC voice dialoge (they say almost everything)
Cons:
Bugs, Incomplete NPC voice dialogue, lots of grinding toward higher lvls

When I first tried the game, I loved it. Starting out in Tortage, you think that you might get to a better place after "noob" spawn, but unfortionately, there are few places better than Tortage. In my eyes, the game is incomplete due to all the grinding you have to do after you advance to higher levels. I like their combat system, and think its better then other similar MMOs (hit undefended areas with certain skills). The fatalities in this game make me love the graphics even more.
I would recommend you try it, since its definately a great game. It needs further development and fixes, but what new MMO dosn't these days?
As a side note: I suppose calling it an MMO has also caused some controversy, since AoC employs instancing worlds on their servers, which basicly separates you from the other people on that server. Its especially lame when you're fighting someone, and they just decide to switch instances.
