Cons:
Don't use the self-clean cycle or you won't have an oven for weeks.
The Bottom Line:
DO NOT BUY THIS OVEN. Not worth all the problems related to the self-cleaning malfunctions. Because of the long delay in receiving parts you will be without oven.

I am throughly disgusted with this double oven and Fisher Paykel. My oven failed after first self-clean cycle less than one year old. Had it serviced. Repair person said to self-clean again to test it but it was too near the holidays and the first time it took almost six weeks to get it running again. Right after the holidays it failed again after self-cleaning. At present I am still without an oven. There is definately a design flaw with this appliance and where I come from it is refered to as a "lemon". Fisher Paykel is either in denial of this problem as witnessed with the many calls made to them or they are deliberately covering up a major defect in this oven. If this were an automobile there would be a recall of the product. This is a very expensive appliance and we should expect better durability and responsivness from the Fisher Paykel company. Tomorrow I will be calling the Consumer Unit of my states Attorney Generals Office to see what recourse I have with this problem, they don't mess around here with companies not matter what country they are located in or how big they are. If you mention this problem to the Service people and I use that term loosely with this company they make you feel like you are the only person on the planet to make this problem known to them. I think a good law suit might get their attention.
