Adcom GFA-5500 2-Channel Amplifier

The GFA5500 is one of the best Power Amplifiers I?ve ever come across. Maybe it is not one of the most stylish looking ones available, but once you listen to the quality of the sound it produces you will be instantly convinced to buy it.

In my house, the components that I have connected to my GFA5500 are: a Luxman Cd player, Definitive BP-10 tower speakers and adcom's GFP555-II preamplifier.

At 200 watts of power into 8 ohms, you can get reasonably loud, but what is really impressive is that as the volume becomes louder, you will hardly be able to notice any distortion whatsoever.

Simplicity is the key here and you will notice that in every aspect of the amplifier's design.

If you have the passion for high quality music and $1000 bucks to dish out you should really consider this amplifier as a viable option.
