Author's Review
What do you get a houseful of teenagers for Christmas? Something that you can have fun with also. You guessed it Guitar Hero III. This is what my teenagers received for Christmas and how fun it has been for our entire family!
It has songs that we all know from forever ago and includes today's greatest hits.
Music
It has some really great rock songs on it such as: Slow Ride, Barracuda, Paint it Black, Mine Name is Jonas, Welcome to the Jungle, Monsters, Before I Forget, Stricken, and many others.
Guitars
The guitars are really great. They have bright primary colors on buttons on the neck of the guitar so you will be able to see which color to push as it comes up on the TV. My 8 year old loves to play with her older siblings. She thinks it is great that she is able to play with them.
Game Play
This game is so easy to run that your 5 year old can do it. I like the fact that you can play as a team but if one is more advanced than the other then you are able to pick your difficulty. So if you are just starting out you can pick Easy or if you have been playing for awhile you can pick Hard and everything in between.
The Game itself
This is a great game for any age. It is a lot of fun to be able to pick your own stage background and characters. You have many choices to select from. And as you get more advanced in the game the more choices you have for songs, characters, and stage backgrounds.
Conclusion
This game is great for anyone who wants to just have a little fun with there kids or have some friends over for a fun evening. This game is very addicting when you are playing it with your kids because deep down you MUST beat them at something!
