Excellent value, crisp Cava

The best value Cava that I have found, nicer and less expensive than the commonly stocked Freixenet brand.
Crisp appley flavor, I'd recommend the Brut over the Extra Dry as the latter is a little too dry.

I actually prefer this now to many much more expensive champagnes, at this price it is perfect for summer BBQs and Sunday morning Mimosas (Bucks Fizz to any Brits out there). It gives you the perfect excuse to celebrate pretty much anything that you can think of.
I sound rather greedy but I can very easily drink a whole bottle, get a great happy buzz from it without being totally drunk, and not feel any after effects the next day.
My only problem, I have moved from Michigan, where stockists were plentiful to Illinois, where no one has ever heard of it.
