Financial Wizard in your hand

I started out with an upgrade of this calculator, the Hewlett Packard 17B and found it was too confusing for its own good. It beeps when you put something in the wrong order or push a wrong button. I was constantly being laughed at or told to shhh! in class as my calculator continuously beeped. This version was not working for me.
As a Finance major, I found that either I could work these equations out by hand or have a calculator do it for me. Which one should I choose? After returning the complicated 17B, one of my professors recommended the 10B. This calculator is easy and efficient, not to mention about $70 cheaper. It performs all of the functions necessary for Finance people, such as NPV, IRR, Interest rate, etc without too many bells and whistles to get in the way.
This calculator turned me into a financial genius without any studying! I even went to a job interview for a Leasing Co. and they told me how they couldn't function without their HP 10B's!
