Not great

The 9340 is inexpensive and lightweight. It also keeps a charge for several days. Those are the good points.

The most annoying misfeature of this phone is the delay between the time you hit the answer button and the time it actually picks up. Quite often, it won't pick up at all, leaving the phone in limbo. Subsequent button presses do nothing. You have to run to another phone to answer the call.

Periodically, the phone will go nuts in the middle of a call with loud digital-sounding noise.

I find the tiny LCD display to be unreadable.

In wall-mounted applications, the phone will often fall off the cradle unless you're very careful about hanging it up.

On the petty annoyance side, the phone rings between the rings of other phones in the house. This may be related to that "delay" mentioned above.
