Unreliable

I have had this phone for 2 weeks. I like the features it has for a two line answering machine. The phone has several problems. I have had to "reboot" the phone three times to stop a constant beeping as suggested by the manual. The beeping may last for over an hour after the phone has been rebooted. The phone manual provides no reason for the error message only the method for stopping it. The battery in the head set has become very warm at times. Not another good sign.
The documentation is not well done. Some features described on the box are not explained in the manual. The tech support on their web site is lacking. This phone is not even listed.

Also, be aware this phone is just sold under AT&T brand name, but is not manufactured or supported by AT&T.
