Average TV tuner card with hardware compression

The Bottom Line: Older card no ATSC or QAM works with MC. Get if 30 or less & cant find a QAM card on sale & dont need QAM, ATSC HDTV.
Review: At the time this was released the two most popular cards seemed to be the 550 based ATI cards and the Hauppauge 150. Both dont have QAM. Hauppauge later added a series of cards with QAM like the 1600 and others.

Not Compatible with Vista!

Review: Buyer Beware! Stay away from this product if you have Vista, especially if you have no stand-alone video card (i.e. only on-board video). The box and user guide say "certified for Windows Vista." Don't believe it. Also, you get no "Catalyst Media...
