ATI AIW 7500 64meg DDR-Updated October 6,2004

Date of Review:  Mar 24, 2004
The Bottom Line: It had even more than i expected for the price-as long as you are not a gamer it is an excellent card
Review: I had been using the Nvidia TNT2 video card with a Haupauge WinTV card for some months(tested XP Home from about beta 5 on). I had saved up about $150 for a new card(January of 2003). I wanted a all in one card. So i started looking for a card in my...

Excellent for video capturing

Date of Review:  Sep 10, 2003
The Bottom Line: Go for a 9000AIW, or even a 9600AIW (if it's out yet) if you can afford it.
Review: The ATI Radeon 7500 is getting old by todays cards, but with that said it can still hold it's own for video capture. If your at all into 3d gaming this card will not do at all. The GPU is clocked at 260mhz, while the memory is clocked at 180. With...

It Works, Its Affordable, Great Features, Good Capture. (4 Stars)

Date of Review:  Jul 3, 2003
The Bottom Line: Overall its a decent video card, its better than most capture cards out there, and if your looking for TV features, it offers the most for the money.
Review: The All in Wonders series cards are the better of all capture cards. Many capture cards out there are software based, this means the encoding of the video is done using software and your CPU. All in wonders cards have a encoder chip built on to the...

A reasonably priced all in wonder card

Date of Review:  May 4, 2003
The Bottom Line: I recommend the All-In-Wonder Radeon 7500 because it gives so much for so little.
Review: Update: I currently running an AMD Athlon XP2000 system at 1.66ghz with 512MB memory. The video card's drivers are version 6.13.10.3286 from 10/26/2001. My sound card is a Sound Blaster Live Value. See below for performance update.

overall ok

Date of Review:  Jun 6, 2003
The Bottom Line: Although cheaper to get video card and tuner card separately, this combo card works well under XP and has many useful features, but also some software feature problems.
Review: I had a regular 7500 and decided to upgrade to the all in wonder 7500 for the video tuner/capture rather than install a second video tuner only card, and in terms on installing on a new 2.4ghz pc with XP I had no problems.

As mentioned by...

Great card for those who know what they're doing

Date of Review:  Jun 16, 2003
The Bottom Line: Great card, slightly glitchy software, sweet remote control
Review: I've had my Radeon 7500 AIW since September 2002. I have had no major problems with it. Do not expect this card to keep up with all of today's games with full performance. The Radeon 7500 (RV200 core) is OLD, but it functions well for normal use,...

Great card if you can get it working until you run updates

Date of Review:  Oct 4, 2003
Review: This is a great card when you can get it to work. When you do finally get it to work be prepared for ATI to release numerous updates. In addition also be prepared to experience conflicts with the software when you run windows updates. Keeping up...

Graphics Card Performs Horribly

Date of Review:  Jan 12, 2003
The Bottom Line: I would not recommend it because it does not work consistently and there are problems when shutting the program down.
Review: I have had the card for 6 months now and keep running into trouble with it. If you use for any amount of time longer than a few minutes, the programs will not shut down unless you end up ending task. It is inconsistent and does not work well when it...
