Great phone for business to grow with

We have 5 of the AT&T 974 phones in our office. It is a solid business phone feature-wise. However we have occasionally experienced cross-over and "flickers" of the line indicators. After having the local phone company check the lines, I spoke with AT&T support, who informed me that we should be using the twisted pair cables that shipped with the phones. Since we need longer cables I spent hours searching for a vendor of twisted pair cables with RJ11 style connectors; AT&T does not sell them! After hours of searching I found 25 foot 4 wire twisted pair (item CDPT-25) at www.excelsus-tech.com.
