Cingular 8525 is my newest BEST FRIEND!
Pros:
Loads of features, Windows Mobile included- very familiar look and feel- Word/Excel work great.
Cons:
EXPENSIVE! I paid $506.00 for mine- Cheaper with data package, RE: an extra $40.00/month.
The Bottom Line:
Yes, Please! While very easy to use, not worth the price if you won't use the features. If you need to simplify your gadgets, a FABULOUS BUY!

Author's Review
Expensive, but great buy!
As a tech-driven person, the typical cell phone, mp3 player, digital camera, and scads of notes lining my purse were becoming a real drag. No Longer! I tried another pda-style phone, but was disappointed with the spreadsheet and writing software it had. After more than a month, the Cingular 8525 has everything I could possibly want AND MORE!
Features of note:
CAMERA: Typical camera phone. Not for your favorite photos, but for me, just knowing I have SOME type of camera on me is great with kids.
TASK LIST: Easy to get to and use. I keep my shopping list in this (which works FABULOUS, by the way!)
INPUT: Lots of options for data input. Comes with a stylus and pull out keyboard. With stylus, you can use on-screen keyboard as well as different versions of "Transcriber". As long as you have decent writing, this will take you on-screen scribbles and type it out for you.
MUSIC: Runs music through Windows Media Player, just like on a regular computer. Very easy- decent speakers on the phone, too. Upload music to phone takes a little while.
PHONE: Oh, yeah- the 8525 can make phone calls, too. Slight irritation here- took me some time to learn how to use this (feel free to giggle- I did). By clicking on the green phone button, a touch-screen menu appears. Only drawback is that you really have to pay attention to what you are dialing- no feeling the button locations on this one.
CONNECTIVITY: Has the capability for internet, but is not something I care to use. Bluetooth works great. Is WIFI capable. Syncs with computer easily.
DATA STORAGE: Built-in memory is sufficient for basic things, but I recommend getting a Micro SD card from a regular tech store. They come in up to 2 GB, but are TINY. Buy one big enough for all your needs and leave it in there.
GAMES: Comes with Bubble Breaker and Solitaire. Works just like on a computer.
