APC's low-end Surge Arrest Personal still gets the job done.

The Bottom Line: Definitely recommended as a reliable surge protector for those on a budget. For a few dollars more than the average hardware store surge protector, you get much more performance.

The Bottom Line: Great basic coverage for a home computer. Way better than a cheap powerbar.
