Avoid this model, buy the 750VA one!
Pros:
Inexpensive, many power connectors, good spacing on 8 connectors to allow two small/medium power bricks.
Cons:
Fails randomly after a few months, only 4 plugs have Battery Backup, battery dies quickly
The Bottom Line:
Do not purchase this product because it will fail after a few months of light usage. Buy the 750VA model instead.

Author's Review
I went through two of these APC 350VA UPS units in the term of two years. Each UPS last about a year before it suddenly starts turning itself off every few days or weeks beeping loudly and flashing a red light requiring you to turn the unit on and off to reset it.
There are no wiring problems or power issues in my house and the power company provides a steady 115-120 volt. The units work fine for many months until they start failing at the worst moments turning themselves off and all your connected equipment on the 4 Battery Backup plugs.
I used these units only for brownout protection for my small audio video unit with a small 27-inch TV, a surround sound audio system, and a series one DirecTiVo. The load from this system is very low and this 350VA (200 watt) UPS has more than double the capacity to handle it. The second one of these units just turned itself off again on me while in the middle of watching TV while regular power was running without interruption and without spikes or dips. The unit turned off and started flashing the Red "Replace Battery" light. It required a power off-and-on to restart it and it is now running again. This has already happened a few times before and this will be the last time. That was extremely annoying, but it could be a lot worse if I was using a computer connected to these things like other folks who end up losing work because of them turning off.
I'm now going to purchase the more powerful 750VA unit since many folks share the issues with the 350VA and upgrading to the higher capacity units resolves their issues since they are build slightly better and with a more powerful battery that doesn't die so quickly for usage.
APC is a good company that makes good products and I have their powerful 1500VA vertical unit for my computers but if you buy UPSes make sure to buy a much more powerful unit than what you need, at least more than twice as powerful. Avoid this UPS unit no matter how low the price is in the electronics store because you will end up wasting money in the long run, like I did.
