The Mother of boards for the 939 pin AMD 64 bit processors:

Date of Review:  Oct 16, 2004

It seems AMD is going for a new 64-bit processor with...

Great motherboard, as usual from ASUS

Date of Review:  Jan 1, 2005
Review: The last three PCs I have built have all been with ASUS motherboards, one was a a 754 Pin Athlon 64 and the K8v deluxe, and the other two were both using the A8v deluxe.
All three went together and booted up with zero problems, unlike other...

Great Motherboard. Highly recommended!

Date of Review:  Feb 3, 2005
Review: 939 pin Mobo for Athlon 64/FX. Thus very good for future upgrade. Doesn't have a PCI Epxress port, so unless you have tones of money to purchase new PCI-X graphic card, you won't need this. Therefore, for a regular gamer like me, with my 8x AGP I'm...

ASUS A8V mother board

Date of Review:  Nov 16, 2004
Review: Seems to be a great board. I have only one disappointment so far:

No SPDIF input. It would have been easy for them to include, but now to get it I'll probably have to disable all the on board audio stuff and get a totally separate sound...

Date of Review:  Nov 9, 2005
Review: Has severe problems with bootup into Windows installation cd and Windows PE. My advice is to stay away from this product-- it's a major hassle.
