The Capresso model 565 is the high end grinder offering from a high end coffee machine manufacturer. Well designed, the burrs fit nicely together, employing both good engineering and gravity to create a machine that grinds effectively, adjusts well to different grinds such as french press or espresso, and that is easy to clean.

The issue of static is endemic to coffee grinding, and while this Capresso model does not resolve the issue as well as some others, it is in all other ways a winner. The sizable upper hopper, effective grinding timer, and easy to read guages all place his grinder at the top of the coffee heap.
