Jura-Capresso 560 Electric Burr Grinder

This review is simply for the Jura Capresso product.
Capresso DOES NOT honor their warranty. I purchased their product and used it only about 5 times, at which time the plastic bean container broke. I called Capresso customer service and they told me the warranty does not cover that part, BUT the warranty written with the product upon purchase DOES NOT state that this part is not covered. Upon calling the company, I talked to the sales person, then to the CS manager.
Capresso's customer service manager, Celeste, did not let me get a word in edgewise and basically did not work with me at all. She was very unfriendly and did not provide a good service to Capresso's customer (me). I would highly suggest that you AVOID this product or any product produced by this company. This supposed high-end unit should not break after 5 uses. Moreover, if it does break, this company should replace the product at not cost.
