HAMILTON BEACH TOASTER OVEN WITH CONVECTION AND ROTISSERIE

I read the reviews about low temps and decided to try this unit anyway. I couldn't be happier.
Don't be deterred about the negative reviews. I did use an oven thermometer to check the temps and did find that it showed low. However, since it was the weekend and I knew I could return the unit later, I decided to try it anyway. To my surprise it work perfectly. I tried the following: Green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole, frozen peach cobbler and Grands biscuits. Everything turned out to perfection. I followed the manufacturer's directions for time and temperature. The frozen peach cobbler called for 400 deg. for 55-65 minutes. After 60 minutes the crust was a golden brown and the inside was done to perfection. The Grands cooked to perfection in 13 1/2 minutes with the crust a golden brown the inside cooked to perfection.
I did use the convection setting but did not use the other settings.
I'm keeping this unit!!
